Refund Policy

At SRI CLASSES, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and professionalism in academic and administrative processes. This Fee Refund Policy has been designed to provide clarity regarding fee payments, admission cancellations, and refund procedures. All students and parents/guardians are requested to carefully read this policy before taking admission.
1. Registration and Admission Fee
Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Processing Fee, and any other one-time charges paid at the time of admission shall be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Commencement of Classes
Refund requests submitted before the commencement of classes shall be considered as follows:
- If a student cancels admission 7 or more days before the scheduled commencement date of classes, 90% of the tuition fee shall be refunded.
- If a student cancels admission 3–6 days before the scheduled commencement date of classes, 50% of the tuition fee shall be refunded.
- If a student cancels admission less than 3 days before the commencement of classes, the refund shall be subject to the approval and discretion of the institute management.
3. Refund Eligibility After Commencement of Classes
- If a written refund request is submitted within the first 3 days after the commencement of classes, 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded, subject to management approval.
- No refund request shall be considered after 7 calendar days from the commencement of classes.
- Attendance in offline or online classes shall be considered as utilization of institute services.
4. Study Material, Books, and Digital Content
If Study Materials, Printed Notes, Books, Test Series, Online Access, Video Lectures, Mobile App Access, or any other Digital Content have been provided to the student, the associated charges shall not be refunded.
5. Online Courses and Digital Learning Programs
For online courses, recorded classes, or digital learning programs:
Refund requests shall not be accepted once Login IDs, Passwords, or Access Credentials have been shared.
Technical issues arising from the student’s personal device, internet connectivity, or software-related problems shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
6. Fee Transfer Policy
Fees paid for a particular course, batch, or academic session shall generally not be transferred to another student, course, or session unless special approval is granted by the institute management.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to serious medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Relevant supporting documents shall be required. In such cases, the decision of the institute management shall be final and binding.
8. Refund Procedure
The following process shall be followed for refund requests:
Students/Parents must submit a written application.
Fee receipts and necessary supporting documents must be attached.
The institute shall review the application and communicate its decision.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days.
Refunds shall be made, as far as possible, through the original mode of payment.
9. Institute Rights and Amendments
SRI CLASSES reserves the full right to modify, revise, interpret, or amend this Fee Refund Policy whenever necessary. Such amendments shall become effective without prior notice.
